Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits. Custom projects require a 50% deposit. Deposits cover initial planning, design and materials and are non-refundable once work has started.

Physical stands. Printed and programmed NFC/QR stands are custom-made and cannot be returned. We reprogram or replace stands with manufacturing defects at no cost.

Monthly services. Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable.
